Need a break to just escape into the worlds where all your fantasies come true? All you need to do is walk to the nearest shelf and pick up a book! While trying to get back into the habit of reading may seem difficult, start out with a small goal. Start with at least ten pages a day and slowly build your self-care ritual and go through novels faster (than a bag of chips!).
